Miles and I flew out to CT to visit Aunt Kate and Uncle Joe and we had a blast, especially because Gramma crashed the party.


They took us to a crazy grocery store with funny singing puppets.






We enjoyed a girls night (well, plus Miles) at the wine bar.



We went to check out the pumpkins, and got some treats.












And we let Uncle Joe practice baby-wearing.



We were sad to leave, but Miles had fun packing.

At Miles' 9-month checkup, we were given the green light for nut butters. First, a dab on the cheek, to test for an allergic reaction:
