Recipe from Smitten Kitchen - ehh. Not difficult, but it was time-consuming stuffing all of the empanadas, and I wasn't thrilled with the results. The olives and eggs seemed like odd ingredients, and I made the mistake of using all whole wheat flour. But, they filled our bellies, so all was not lost.
