domestic diva

It's been a productive start to the new year. While Chachi watched the Trojans beat Illinois, I made turkey meatballs. I definitely recommend the suggestion to cuisinart the garlic, onion, and pine nuts, to save time and make the meatballs less lumpy. I used dried parsley and an extra clove of garlic, and also followed the suggestion to add parmesan cheese. Should have then thought to omit the salt from the recipe, oops. We enjoyed the meatballs with Home Maid cheese ravioli from Little City - not the most traditional pasta pairing, but tasty anyway! I'll freeze the rest for easy weeknight meals later. Thanks goes to Santa for providing the melon scooper and meat thermometer, which helped immensely with this recipe.
